By accessing or using DearlyGifted ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

DearlyGifted provides AI-assisted personalized song creation. Based on information you provide in our quiz, we generate custom lyrics and produce a downloadable audio file delivered to your email.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India, or in US Dollars (USD) for international customers. Payment is required before song production begins.

• India: Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking)
• International: Dodo Payments (cards and global payment methods)
• You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including any add-ons selected
• GST or applicable taxes may be included or shown as required by law
• All sales are final except where stated in our Refund Policy below

After successful payment:

• Standard delivery: typically within 24 hours
• Rush delivery (optional add-on): Ready in 1 Hour
• Order status updates are sent to the email address you provide
• Your download link is sent to the same email when your song is ready

Delivery times are estimates. Rare delays may occur due to high demand or third-party generation services. We will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not delighted with your completed song, email support@dearlygifted.com within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request in good faith and may offer a revision, remake, or full refund at our discretion.
• Refunds are available if song generation fails due to a technical issue on our end and we cannot complete your order
• If you cancel before production has started, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate a full refund
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

By submitting information for your song, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use any names, stories, or details you provide
• You grant DearlyGifted a license to use that content solely to create and deliver your order
• The finished song is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing
• Our platform, technology, and branding remain our intellectual property

You may not use DearlyGifted to create content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your relationship to someone named in the song
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
• Uses automated bots or scripts to place orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.

DearlyGifted is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

If you are located in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your state provides otherwise.

For customers outside India, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of DearlyGifted after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
